Kim’s catalyst for sifting through his back pages was a chance encounter with producer Glen Hannah. And the resulting collaboration – Kim, Glen and ‘great musicians, but friends too’ – is an apparently effortless album steeped in empathy, goodwill and mutual experience.
“This album had to sound like a solo album. I wanted the lyrics to draw the listener into my personality – my voice, my story and I feel like I’ve put my heart on the line here.
